מה זה
Keeper IL היא אפליקציית דיג בגרסת ניסיון חינמית: תחזית לשעות הדיג, מדריך דגים, יומן תפיסות ושיתוף. היא ניתנת כמו שהיא, ויכולה להשתנות או להיסגר.
גיל וחשבון
מגיל 13 ומעלה. מתחת לגיל 18, באישור הורה. שומרים תפיסות ומקומות בחשבון Google חינם. אסור להשתמש באפליקציה בצורה אוטומטית, לפרוץ אליה או להעמיס עליה בכוונה, ואפשר להשעות שימוש כזה.
הציון הוא תחזית, לא הבטחה
הציון מדרג שעות לפי התנאים בים ובאוויר. הוא לא הבטחה לדגים, והתחזית יכולה לטעות. ההצעות לציוד ולדגים הן כלליות.
הבטיחות בים היא באחריותך
הים והסלעים מסוכנים. בדוק בעצמך אם מותר לדוג במקום, אם הגישה בטוחה ומה מצב הים לפני שאתה יוצא. דגים מוגנים משחררים. מידע על דגים ארסיים, רעילים ומוגנים נאסף ממקורות פתוחים ויכול להיות חסר או שגוי: אם אינך בטוח איזה דג תפסת, אל תיגע בו בידיים ואל תאכל אותו. במידה שהחוק מאפשר, איננו אחראים לנזק שנגרם מהסתמכות על המידע באפליקציה.
התוכן שלך
התפיסות, התמונות וההערות שאתה מוסיף שייכים לך. אתה נותן לנו רשות לשמור אותם ולהציג אותם לך, ולעבד אותם כדי להפעיל את האפליקציה (למשל זיהוי דג מתמונה). לא מציגים אותם למשתמשים אחרים. תוכן שאתה מפרסם צריך להיות שלך או כזה שיש לך רשות לפרסם, ולא מפר חוק או זכויות של אחרים.
שיתוף לטיקטוק
אפשר לחבר את חשבון הטיקטוק שלך ולפרסם משם תפיסה שבחרת. הפרסום קורה רק בפעולה שלך: אתה רואה מה יפורסם, כותב את הכיתוב ובוחר מי יראה, ורק אז לוחץ "פרסום". אנחנו לא מפרסמים שום דבר בשמך בלי זה. ברגע שהסרטון בטיקטוק, חלים עליו התנאים של טיקטוק, ואתה אחראי לתוכן שפרסמת. אפשר לנתק את החיבור בכל רגע מהפרופיל. מה שנשמר לצורך זה מפורט בדף הפרטיות.
אחריות

What this is
Keeper IL is a free trial fishing app: a forecast for the fishing hours, a fish guide, a catch log and sharing. It is provided as it is, and may change or close.
Age and account
13 and over. Under 18, with a parent's permission. You save catches and places with a free Google account. Don't use the app in an automated way, break into it or overload it on purpose; such use can be suspended.
The score is a forecast, not a promise
The score ranks hours by the conditions at sea and in the air. It is not a promise of fish, and the forecast can be wrong. The gear and fish suggestions are general.
Safety at sea is your own responsibility
The sea and the rocks are dangerous. Check for yourself whether fishing is allowed at the place, whether access is safe and what the sea is doing before you go. Protected fish go back. Information about venomous, poisonous and protected fish is gathered from open sources and may be incomplete or wrong: if you are not sure what you caught, don't handle it with bare hands and don't eat it. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for harm that comes from relying on the information in the app.
Your content
The catches, photos and notes you add are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to you, and to process them to run the app (for example identifying a fish from a photo). They are not shown to other users. Content you post must be yours or something you have the right to post, and must not break the law or anyone's rights.
Sharing to TikTok
You can connect your TikTok account and post a catch you chose from there. Posting happens only on your action: you see what will be posted, write the caption and choose who can see it, and only then tap "Post". We don't post anything in your name without that. Once the video is on TikTok, TikTok's terms apply to it, and you are responsible for what you posted. You can disconnect at any time from Profile. What is stored for this is listed on the privacy page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, you use the app at your own risk, and we are not responsible for harm caused by using it or by the service stopping.
